Q. What happens to the collected bicycles?

A.We will export them overseas for repair and maintenance and reuse. Those that cannot be reused will be recycled as resources.

Q. Can we collect bicycles in any condition, such as children’s bicycles, bicycles without saddles, non-working bicycles, etc.?

A.Yes, we can collect all bicycles, even if they are rusty, broken, or non-working, whether they are children’s bicycles, tricycles, or kick scooters.

 

Q. I have a large number of bicycles I would like to request collection. Is that okay?

A.Yes, please let us know in advance. We will adjust the schedule. Even 1,000 bicycles are fine. If you are in a hurry, we will visit you on the shortest possible date.

Q. Do you collect items other than bicycles and motorcycles?

A.In addition to bicycles and motorcycles, we also collect agricultural machinery (small and large agricultural machinery), tires, wheels, iron products, etc. free of charge. Please contact us for details.

Q. Is there anything I should do before collection?

A.We cannot accept the return of collected bicycles, so please notify users in advance that you will be removing them.
Please dispose of any garbage in the bicycle basket in advance.

Q.Can I make inquiries in either Japanese or English?

A.We have both Japanese and Ghanaian staff, so we can assist you in both Japanese and English.
